Refund Policy

The supplier is Individual Entrepreneur FAIZALII RIZOZODA, trading as Alehance Storage Academy. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Paddle Checkout.
Requesting a refund
Email hello@alehance.top within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchase email address, order reference, course name, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details or security codes.
Eligibility
A refund is normally available when course access was not delivered, the product is materially different from its description, a technical problem prevents reasonable access and cannot be corrected, or applicable consumer law requires a refund.
For a change-of-mind request, the amount of content already accessed, downloaded, or completed may be considered. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the customer's bank or payment network.
One-time purchases
The Academy currently offers recorded courses as one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription to cancel unless Paddle Checkout expressly states otherwise before payment.
