Individual Entrepreneur FAIZALII RIZOZODA, trading as Alehance Storage Academy ("Academy"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, email address, organization, selected course, message, purchase reference, course progress, and support correspondence. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, security codes, private keys, or confidential files.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, deliver course access, maintain learning progress, provide customer support, prevent abuse, keep transaction records, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments through Paddle

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. Payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information entered in Paddle Checkout is processed by Paddle under its own privacy notice. The Academy receives the order and customer information needed to deliver access and support the purchase, but does not receive full card details.

Service providers and retention

We may use hosting, email, learning-platform, analytics, and customer-support providers to operate the Academy. Information is retained only for as long as needed for course delivery, support, accounting, security, and applicable legal requirements.
